Ëze-g̈o Fêqê (/ˈëze/ /g̃o/ [dumb (speechless)] [god; idol]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Ineg̈èsho Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Ëze-g̈o Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Ëze-g̈o Fêqê was founded by Êpî Trêbrtepí, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 29°C (84°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 19°C (66°F). Ëze-g̈o Fêqê receives an average of 284 cm/y (111 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Ëze-g̈o Fêqê covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 2616 m (8582 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê was founded durring the early 15th century in summer of the year 1442, by Êpî Trêbrtepí. The establishment of Ëze-g̈o Fêqê suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Ëze-g̈o Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê is buildings folow an organic layout of premissive flagstone streets whihch gives the town a shape simmilar to a tree, if one views its streets from above. The town rests behind the absurdity that is a thick, timber braced, wall made of clay bricks. While visualy impressive and certainly an astetic, Ëze-g̈o Fêqê's wall provides no actual defence against siege equipment due to the choice of its cosntruction materials. Even nonexperts can tell the town is trying to impress rather than defend with its walls, towers, and gatehouses. Though admittedly, they do look nice... To primitive tribals who have never seen fortifications before. Ëze-g̈o Fêqê's political statment focused walls are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
A look around Ëze-g̈o Fêqê makes you wonder how anything ever gets done. The locals have clear, obvious rivalries with one another, as seen through clenched teeth and fake smiles. What’s more, there is a serious lack of any organization and planning in Ëze-g̈o Fêqê’s layout as well as the local’s behaviors. The town seems to be a den of chaos where tongues are forked and local customs do not exist.
Civic Infrastructure
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Ëze-g̈o Fêqê. Ëze-g̈o Fêqê has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê has a Hall of Slayers, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Ëze-g̈o Fêqê's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê has an Administrative Academy which trains individuals in the administrative arts.
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Large Town. Ëze-g̈o Fêqê's grid is powered by mana accumulators.
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Ëze-g̈o Fêqê's natural decorations nor waterways.
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê is led by one or more incompetents. While they must have been very good at something to have acquired the position, they are fundamentally incapable of leading. Uncontrolled passions or lusts, commitment to a hopelessly impractical ideal, pigheaded obstinacy in the face of failure, a total lack of charisma or interpersonal skills, or profound laziness might all unfit them for their post.
Ëze-g̈o Fêqê's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words. It is not that their geometry is impossible, but rather the style's attempt at producing works only describable visually was most successful..

Ëze-g̈o Fêqê's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves line dance to channel Summoning energies of tier 1 via moments of science.

History
In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Ëze-g̈o Fêqê was attacked by a group of guerrilla fighters. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Ëze-g̈o Fêqê lost 124 people, 165 livestock, and 37 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 83, when members of Ëze-g̈o Fêqê's militia enacted an operation to break a siege of a particular research site. The operation was complicated by the army's activities draw the wrath of formerly neutral parties. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in victory for Ëze-g̈o Fêqê's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Ëze-g̈o Fêqê's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
